Had a leaf spring break on my off-road trailer in Mexico. Left it at a boat yard until I received the parts from trailer & returned to replace. Only took 2 hrs to replace both leafsprinhs, shackles, bolts etc. And we were back on the road.1696401

hey Joe. Im just curious what type of boat and trailer you are working on because Im doing the same thing to my 1977 sunbird daysailer. Im just wondering if you are working on the same trailer and what parts you used and liked!

Hey Sean, I did this 3 and a half years ago. Its an old Shoreline trailer with a 19 ODay Rhodes 19. I suspect it might be just a little bigger than your daysailer. You should be able to get the correct parts for the trailer you have. Try to find a manufacturers plate on the trailer with modelyear... info and give eTrailer folks a call. Theyll make sure you get the correct parts. Ive used eTrailer for extensive re-ferbs of a few trailers. Good Luck! JoeV

I couldn’t find parts for my customers boat trailer . Nobody had a complete trailer axle . So I finally found etrailer they answered the phone I had all my measurements they took the time to search out what I was asking for . Awsome sales lady she knew what I wanted and found all my parts so I can replace the spindle on the axle

Very satisfied after 1 year. Some older trailers like my 1950 Spartan Royal Mansion, ride too low to the ground. One way to help this is to move the leaf springs over the axel from the under axel manufactured position. There is no “nest” for over axel mount, so you need a heftier plate and bolt to crank it on in hopes it holds. This product is heftier and was perfect for the application.

Fit and works as described, Im happy with the product.

Needed plates for my new 2" axle over existing 2" springs that came with my HF folding trailer. I swapped my axle, but couldn't swap the springs due to their shorter length and I didn't want to weld a new spring brace. These plates are very thick compared to the OEM plates I had, so I'd assume it will support well over the maximum load on my trailer. Worked like a charm with the square u-bolts I also ordered from etrailer.428605

The products etrailer supplies are superior. The only confusing part is when I tried to track it provided a UPS tracking number, however, when it was delivered it came via Post Office so the tracking number never completed its routing foremat. No worries and no problem we got the items fine, but things got shifted in transit for some reason. thanks again!332927

U bolts (2”x 5 3/4”) are an excellent replacement for the leaf spring u bolts on a 1950 Spartan travel trailer. The bolt itself is a larger gauge than the originals as well. Very satisfied with the product, service was excellent, and delivery fast as promised.481995
