I rigged a hitch drop to my floor Jack and it made the solo install a breeze! I didn’t want to drill at my new frame to help the bolts fit in the access hole either. Instead I shaved a millimeter off the edge of each bolt head with a bench grinder on one spot and they fit right in.
Product fit perfectly with the vehicle. I filed just a little from one side of the bolts instead of the subframe on the vehicle and it fit great. Easy install with a great instructional video from etrailer.
The hitch was/is excellent - Directions were rather vague - not as simple and easy to install as they suggested. I work in a High School Vo-Tech and the Auto-Body teacher and a couple students did the installation - Their comment - a little more difficult than suggested - Installation not meant to be done by a layman. Goes on great. Fitment is perfect and the video made it easy to install.

Mounted the receiver yesterday. Receiver is very well built. Instructions could have been better. Instructions are clear on where to trim the bumper cover but do not mention modifying the heat shield that is behind it.
Overall a good fit and a well made product.
Got it quick can't wait to install it.

I am very type A and very handy with tools. I ordered this for my 2021 Bronco Sport that is parked at our secondary home. Overall the installation is straight forward, however there is no mention at all of having to modify the exhaust heat shield located within the bumper. Had I know this I would of brought different tools to our secondary home. The bumper fascia attaches to this shield. Overall it still installed OK, but it bothers me that it is not perfect. Templated instructions to modify the exhaust heat shield would be appreciated, no way this goes on flush against the frame without notching it. Also the bumper cutout is not even close.

Fairly straight forward. We actually used a video meant for the Curtis class three on the same vehicle.
Instructions were ok. We found that the aluminum heat shield needed a V notch cut into it. (I used a bench grinder and that took about 2 minutes). Otherwise the frame of the hitch will hit against the shield and keep one from seating and aligning the hitch properly.
Hitch was heavy and very well made.
I would recommend.
It took us about an hour and a half, pausing to watch the video and getting necessary tools etc.and working through the process cautiously. After having installed one I’m pretty sure I could install one in about 30 minutes.

Only took about an hour and a half to install. Only needed help holding hitch in place to bolt up. Tackling the wiring next. Should be easy by following video.
Bolts right to frame. Read instructions watch YouTube video, no problem. Done by myself 1.5 hours.
Simple to install and easy clear instructions with all the hardware included.
