Good question, and there is just one difference between the Curt and etrailer trailer hitches that fit your 2022 Ford Bronco Sport, and that's their finish. The Curt hitch has a glossy black finish while the etrailer hitch has a matte black finish. The correct part numbers for the hitches that fit your '22 Bronco Sport are the following:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C76HR

The matte black finish is nice as it hides the inevitable dings, scuffs and scratches better than the glossy finish, though not much of this hitch is showing so you likely won't be able to tell a significant difference.
