I was able to confirm a trailer hitch fit for a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e28AR which is what I recommend.

This trailer hitch offers a bolt-on fit so there's no drilling required. It has a class III rating with 2" opening and these will work great for either towing or hitch mounted accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers.
