The hitch is great. Easy to install, works great, looks great.
Product was ship, received, installed and was able to pull my boat tothe lake the next day, excellent. Would recommend anyone needing a hitch or accessories to shop etrailer. No surprizes!
Paint finish was only ok looking, chips, bare spots, rust, etc. I'll install anyway.

This is very common when it comes to hitches. I would recommend using a rust-oleum type of paint to cover any of those spots to prevent any corrosion. I have a link below with more information for your reference.

Hi carol, I never respond to these reviews or surveys. I've ordered from your company a couple of times, I actually bought my first hitch from you guys. It got delivered on time and no issues what so ever. I really do like your website it is top notch. I will continue to order from your company, but I will say this time I received my hitch halfway out of the box that it was shipped in and all scratched up. I'm not one to complain by any means. I was disappointed. I'm not going though the hassle to return it because I needed the hitch on my truck for this weekend. Hence me ordering from your company. I have pictures of how the package was delivered, I understand it wasn't your company, but the delivery companies fault. If you would like the pictures feel free to contact me I would attach them now but don't know how to. Thank you.

The receiver was a perfect fit. The installation video was a big help. It took us a little longer than 1 hour to install, but we finished without any skinned knuckles!

Still love the hitch! We use it to pull our 20ft Weekender travel trsiler.
Product was as described and a perfect fit. Available online video also helped the installation go more smoothly, although the extra wire used in the video would have been great to have as part of the installation kit. I ended up using a telescoping magnet to push the deep bracket into place.
Ordered my product on Sunday at 8pm, received Thursday and was installed Thursday night.
All in all, a great buying experience, including a great price, the super fast order processing and shipping, as well as the timely communication. Definitely a top notch online retailer.
This hitch is way better quality than i was expecting for the price range and when compared to other sellers out there E trailer cant be beat not only on the price but the quality product for my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500, also the 5 star communication during the whole process of shipping with email updates was outstanding. I am not really a person to leave feedback but this whole process deserved the time to do so. E trailer has a customer for life. Thank you for a quality product at a fair price.

I ordered the Draw Tite maxframe receiver late on Thursday night, along with a brake assist and harness. The auto tracker told when they should arrive within 5 days, they arrived in only 3 days. I was very happy with the promptness of the order. I received everything I ordered, it's was in great condition. Everything installed perfectly and works like it should. The information and videos at etrailer were very helpful. These guys are definitely the best place to go on the internet to get any towing needs taken care of.
Hitch arrived in just a few days. Ordered on a Thursday or Friday and it arrived the following Wednesday. Box was beat up upon delivery, has a couple holes in it and I was missing 1-lock washer.
Product was a perfect fit and I installed it in about an hour; including un-boxing, reading instructions to tightening down the bolts. Great buy, great price!

This hitch is better than my expectations. It is much more heavy duty than other hitches I have uses in the past. Install went very well, instructions could use a little tweaking. All in all it was an easy install. I give this 4 and 7/8 stars.

Fit great! Was able to get it on relatively easy, only needed an extra hand for 5 minutes. This product was very needed!
