2017 Jaguar F-Pace
Install was super easy and considering the cost of a factory one, a great deal. A few things to note and consider: 1. Yes, this hitch does stick out about an inch further then factory. But at the same time it is CONSIDERABLY cheaper. For me, it does not look bad at all, and with a rubber cover I'll barely notice it. 2. When installing the 8 large bolts that hold on the hitch, make sure that the bolts go in straight, the hitch is heavy and can seem like its lined up but may put just enough pressure on the bold to cause it to cross thread. It happened to me and I needed to re-thread the frame mount. 3. Follow the video install video, its amazing. I didn't even open the paper instructions.

Great addition to my F-Pace with a major cost savings compared to the factory model. It looks very nice and doesn’t stand out as being an oddity to the vehicle. I also purchased the cover which looks great also.
No electric work done, as I will be using this to carry my bikes.

Would buy again, but mounting brackets were bent. Required serious work with big hammer to straighten. Jokes slightly off. I had to spent significant time teaming and filing. Once installed hitch is great.

I bought this because for my Jaguar F-Pace because the dealership wanted over $2500 to install one. The hitch fit perfectly and was relatively easy to install. The hardest part was the removal and reinstalling of the bumper cover. Especially since I only had basic hand tools to work with. When all was said and done it took the better part of a day to do the install and wiring.The unit looks good and has performed as specified.

I was very nervous about installing this trailer hitch on my Jaguar F-Pace because it required removal of a good portion of the rear of the car. However, the folks at the rack store did a perfect job and I very pleased with the performance and appearance of the hitch.

I installed the hitch on my Jaguar F-Pace, and although I was a little hesitant to give it a try out of fear of ruining my SUV, the installation video and step-by-step instructions made the process a breeze.

Would give them 6 stars if there were that many. Fast shipping and great packaging as well as communication. If installing this hitch take a photo of how the bumper cover tabs go on inside the fender and remove the tires for easier access. You can install it right on the ground. I got this to tow my utv around and saved hundreds by installing it myself.

Super easy install, took less than 2 hours. Watch the video.. I installed by myself. You don’t have to knock out the two “hanger” bolts as mentioned in the instructions. Also, the cut out was wrong (for me) and was 3.5” W x 5” L.

It sounds like your hitch was flexed during shipping, that can happen because hitches are designed to flex with the vehicles. I am attaching an article detailing what you can do if you have this again.
