Where Do I Install the Lippert Replacement Hydac Cartridge on my Lippert 141111 Reservoir Pump

Question:

I read that the LC177094 cartridge will fit my item #141111 system, LC141111 unit, 643159 reservoir but can you please send me a diagram and show me exactly where its supposed to be installed.

I've looked at both the # LC141111 and the # LC177094 and it doesn't appear that these parts are compatible since there are no ports to install those cartridge valves into. I confirmed this with Lippert, and from the sounds of what you're explaining, it would seem to me that one of the rams on the slideouts is causing this issue. Without the motor and pump being turned on and engaged, the slideouts will not move unless one of the cylinders in the rams is leaking fluid; they would hold everything in place without the motor and pump engaged.

In order to determine if this is in fact the cause, or there is something else at work here, you'll need to perform a cylinder by-pass test on each of the rams on the slide-outs until you can determine which one is leaking and causing the slide-outs to push out when the pumps aren't engaged.

Once you determine which of the rams are bad, you can use either one of these Replacement Hydraulic Cylinders to replace it. You'll want to match the measurements provided.

# LC342328 - 53" Long, 38" stroke, 1-1/2" bore
# LC339031 - 39" Long, 24" stroke, 1-1/2" bore
# LC354176 - 41" Long, 26" stroke, 1-1/2" bore

I've also linked the instructions for replacement hydraulic cylinders that explain exactly how to measure for a replacement.
