Hey everybody, Jarred at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at the recess mounted outdoor shower box by Empire faucets. Now its jet black colored durable plastic outdoor shower box allows you to get the outdoors, well, outdoors. And with this system, you can wash the mud, dirt, grass, fan, off yourself, your loved ones, including your pets and the equipment before getting into your RV's camper or vehicles. Now the single knob on off mixing valve makes it easy to adjust for the temperature while washing and the attachment to this 60 inch hose is the handheld shower head, which is gentle on your skin and high pressure hoses. The adjustable pressure change head, it can also turn the water on and off if needed.
And the attachment amounts to this handy shower head holder, which allows for an easy accessibility between uses. Now, considering the insulation it will be recess mounted insulation in the outside portal of your RV. And it uses the same mounting holes on your existing shower box. Unfortunately, mounting hardware, putty teeth and sealant are not included in this package. Now, if we consider dimensions of the box, the front measures at 13 and three eighths inches wide by eight and three inches tall.
The back, the cutout area, is going to be 11 inches wide by six inches tall by three and three fourths inches deep. The mounting frame is a half inch and the inlet shanks length is an inch and a half without the tightening nut and an inch and an eighth with the tightening nut on it. And the distance center, the center between the inlet shanks is four inches. Now onto this product, there is a lifetime warranty. The removal of the broken exterior shower and the replacement with the Empire exterior shower was not difficult, as the screw holes lined up. The color was a perfect match. I used a butyl sealant and a brown silicone and am very happy with the results. The only thing now is I have to clean the rest of my 5th wheel to match the area I cleaned while installing the new exterior shower.
