Today we're going to be taking a look at the Valterra Water Regulator for Rv's. This is designed to protect your RV plumbing and hose against high pressure. It's going to regulate incoming water pressure to 40 to 50 PSI. This portion right here just connects to the faucet. It does conform with federal and state laws for drinking water fixtures. It's going to include a screen washer, which is going to keep out dirt and debris.
It's made from a lead-free brass construction. It's designed to fit all standard water hose and campground water rises. It's going to include a gripper right here for easy installation, no additional tools or hardware required. The overall length of the unit, measuring from edge to edge, that looks to measure about 2 and 5/8ths of an inch long. That's going to do it for today's look at the Valterra Water Regulator for RV's..

Valterra: p/n/ A01-1120VP: I tested this when it arrived. Street pressure at my home is 70 PSI. This unit delivered water at 40 PSI consistently from drips to a healthy steam, to no flow. I experienced no leaks. (I did not measure peak flow, but it is certainly adequate for my needs (a camp trailer with sink, toilet, and outdoor shower.) While the packaging says it is lead free, the unit is made in China and bears a California warning that it "contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm." I don't know if that applies to the brass, other internal components, or the rubbery orange ring improving grip at the female end. A lot of stuff seems to come with this warning these days, including a potable water hose I purchased recently. Sigh!
As always, etrailer delivers the best quality parts with exceptional service
We didn't have the opportunity to use this on our camping trip as there was no water hook up available. I'm sure it will be used the next time we go camping.
etrailer is awesome to work with. Product should work fine but I won’t know for sure until spring
Pressure regulator works fine the shipping was painfully slow took almost two full weeks and I am 20 miles from where it was shipped
Appears to be of good quality.
Quick delivery, product as advertised

Flawlessly
I own an RV Park with 100+# pressure. These are the ones that work the best and for the longest period of time. Other brands have failed in as few as 5 days.
Still works after a year of full timing in the rv
Failed after 6 months. Worked good up until that point.
Arrive very quickly, even with the virus restrictions. Well packed, exactly as represented.
Item was delivered promptly and works as advertised.
Molly helped me with concerns and was very prompt and courteous. All orders arrived promptly and they price match. One stop shop site for your needs.
works well
A solid product with continuous, steady flow. It was a good choice for me.
Does the job.
Appears to be well made.
Haven't used it yet. But shipping and price were great!
