Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Counteract stud cleaning brush cartridge for half inch studs. Now, this brush insert works with the Counteract stud cleaning tool to quickly clean rusted and corroded half inch wheel studs on your trailer or vehicle. Wanted to pull one of those stud cleaning tools. Just wanted to show you what we're talking about.

This is that stud cleaning tool. And basically, what happens is this cartridge right here will insert into the edge end of that tool. And then you'll notice there's three set screws. You just tighten those down with a hex key, and that'll hold that brush cartridge in place. And then what this stud tool or this cleaning tool does, you can notice it has this adapter here.

This would go into either a handheld drill or a Counteract air driver. And you'll be able to spin this and then put this onto the stud. And as it goes around, it'll be able to clean that stud. The stainless steel brushes that are on the inside here will efficiently clean the studs to allow for proper wheel mounting. Now, this part is just for the stainless steel brush cartridge, and it is designed to clean stud sizes of a half an inch in diameter.
