What Is The Max Temperature That The Excel RV Tankless Water Heater Can Produce

Question:

Im looking at the EX93FR propane tankless water heater for my food truck to supply for the hand wash sinks and dish sink. Can this unit be mounted outdoors on the side/front of my trailer? What is the max hot temp this unit will produce? Can it be plumbed with PEX pipe?

The top of the Excel RV Tankless Water Heater # EX93FR is open so mounting it outside would allow inclement weather to tear up the internal components of the water heater. I recommend mounting it on an interior wall with plenty of airflow to get the best performance out of it.

As for the max temperature, this unit will raise the temperature of the water approximately 35-45 degrees. That means that if the water coming into the unit was 50 degrees then the outgoing water would be approximately 85-95 degrees.

You can PEX for the water lines, I just recommend using a regulator # A01-1120VP if you're hooking up to city water so that you don't blow out your joints.
