Than you for providing the photograph from under your trailer near the location you would like a propane quick disconnect hose installed. In the picture we see a iron pipe elbow attached to a fitting which is, male pipe thread on one side and male flare on the other. The flare side appears to connect to an appliance distribution line. I don't think you are supposed to try to Tee off a distribution line. Instead I would replace the elbow with a tee.
I have attached a crude drawing I just made on the marker board showing the parts from your picture. Section #1 is your current setup with an X on the elbow that I would replace. Section #2 is the new parts. Using iron pipe fittings available at large hardware/home stores, replace the elbow with a T, then to the open side of the tee add a nipple then an elbow then another nipple. Nipple lengths based on where you want your quick connect fitting to be located. When making these threaded pipe connections use JR Products # 37207-30555 gas pipe thread sealant. (Water pipe thread sealant is not good enough for gas.) Finally to the end of the last nipple add a bushing/reducer to go from your pipe size under the trailer (probably 1/2") to 1/4" male NPT.
Now add a Camco # CAM59853 valve and you are nearly set to go. For most users the MB Sturgis # 100304-120-MBS extension hose will reach your outdoor grill locations.
Keep in mind that the propane in the pipe under your trailer probably came from a 20 or 30 pound propane tank, then went through a regulator to reduce the pressure to what your trailer appliances (like the stove, heater, and refrigerator) run on. If you have a camper grill without a regulator you will be fine as the line has already been regulated. If you have a backyard grill for a 20 pound tank, that grill may already have a regulator and will not operate if you pass through two regulators. In this instance, take the regulator off the grill.
