I don't know the code requirements for your house, but I do know what can physically work for your gas stovetop and fireplace. Since you will be supplying the 3/4 inch pipe, I recommend using the MB Sturgis RV Quick-Connect Propane Grill Hose - 120" Long # 100304-120-MBS which will connect to the MB Sturgis Quick Disconnect Propane Connector - 1/4" FPT # 104052-MBS which in turn connects to the POL # 204051-MBS for your tank.

No regulator is needed on the tank side of the system as the stovetop and fireplace will likely have their own regulator. If not, then you will need a regulator like the Excess Flow 2-Stage POL RV LP Gas Regulator # 37207-30375 and then the MB Sturgis High Pressure Propane Hose - 3/8" MPT x 3/8" Female Flare Swivel - 6' # 100040-72-MBS.
