Garbage. I ordered one of these in and under a year it started bugging out. I got a replacement and the same thing, only one lights getting power and it's always on even if the vehicle is off.1531446

It is unusual to have two harnesses go out on you. It does sound like there is a problem inside of the converter box for the wiring harness on your 2009 Chrysler Town and Country. To test it you will need a circuit tester such as # PTW2992 or a meter if you have one. You will need an assistant to operate the lights while you test. First test the wires going into the converter box from the vehicle. None should have power when none of the lights are on [except for the power wire on applicable wiring harnesses. If there is power then that indicates an issue on the vehicle such as a corroded bulb socket or, if it has LED lights, a short on the wiring. If the input wires have power when they are supposed to then move on to checking the output side of the converter box. Perform the same test and if there is power on any of the wires when there is not supposed to be then there is a short inside the converter and the wiring harness will have to be replaced.

It worked as it should have. I ran the wire from the back of the van to the battery a different way than in the video. I ran ith thru the inside of the van under the plastic panels and bottom door molding, then thru the firewall where all the main wire harness was put thru.

To bad some idiot ran a red light and t-boned the van on the drivers side door and totaled the van and myself..861725

The product fit our jeep perfectly! We are looking forward to many trips to the lake hauling our boat using our Jeep Patriot instead of having to take the big truck. The video on the website on how to install was great. Hardest part of install is running the wire to the battery, but installing to the lights in the back was easy and worked just as explained. 547470

Not good. About two months ago something happened to the module where the tail lights stay on even with the car and lights turned off on my 2015 Jeep Patriot. Id really like that replaced.

I am not sure if you are saying that the trailer's taillights are staying on or the vehicle's taillights are staying on but if it is the vehicle's then you would need to take the vehicle to a service center. However, if you are referring to the trailer's taillights staying on then it sounds like you have an issue on the running light circuit. Check the running light circuit for damage or frayed wire. If the running light circuit looks okay, you may consider looking at the ground wire to make sure it has a good connection to a clean bare metal surface.

Easy hookup on the backside but running the power wire to the front was a challenge. Don't understand why I had to do it but I did. Works great since it's all hooked up. I have a small trailer and boat that I pull around with my jeep patriot. 511313

This would have been a snap to put on however, we did not receive enough wire to run it up to the front. So we had to go buy some. The fuse box in the back light did not go down far enough so we had to mount it in the tail light without completely seeing it. 660306
