Running 12V Wire from Battery to Wiring Harness

I purchased the Hopkins HM11142175 for my 2009 Grand Caravan. Ive got it 95 installed - all thats left is running the 12 volt supply wire. Ive had hot chassis runs chafe with nasty results in the past and would prefer an alternative. I know this ones fused, but the rest of the install is so nice, I consider this run under the vehicle kind of mickeymouse. Perhaps you know of a fused hot wire at the back of the van that can be tapped or plugged into. The van did not come with a tow package, but I know sometimes the factory installed harness is already set up for accessories, ie powered lift gate and such. Any ideas?

On your 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan, I am not aware of any 12V power that will be adequate for the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM11142175 installation. If you are concerned about the wire rubbing on the frame you can use wire loom like # 7509-10. I've attached an article to assist with routing the power wire to assist.
