Which Ball Mount Should be Used with Curt Hitch that Fits 2011 Dodge Caliber
Question:
From the looks of this hitch and seeing videos on Youtube about installation, it looks like an extension is needed for giving extra space/length to the ball on the trailer. Am I correct? And will the Caliber be able to tow our seadoo? Thanks.

Curt actually recommends a longer ball mount # C45016 with the hitch part # C11006 as it is a bit longer like you mentioned and has been confirmed to be the right rise/drop and the correct length.
For hitch balls the part # A-82 would be what you'd need for a 2 inch ball or part # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
For trailer wiring then we have the part # HM11142175 which is an easy fit.
