Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a quick look at the GSI's Outdoor Glacier Deep Plate. This is a cross between a plate and a bowl, it can be used for a lot of different things. You can use it for just having a snack or filling it up with a nice hearty stew. Maybe drinking even your morning coffee out of.The nice thing about it is that it's also a stainless steel design. It's going to be rest proof and also fireproof.
You can heat this over a fire without any danger of it getting damaged. You can see it has a fairly deep design to make it easy to house all kinds of different things. Again, kind of a cross between a plate and a bowl. It gives you plenty of space to spread out there.To put a measurement on it, it's about 8 1/2 inches wide, roughly, and then, it's kind of hard to measure this edge because of the taper, but about an 1 1/4 deep I'd say. Just weighs about five ounces.
Again, made of stainless steel.
