Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a look at the GSI Outdoors Glacier Camping Cup. This is an insulated cup, so it's going to keep your cold beverages cold without any condensation forming on the outside, or it's going to keep your hot beverages hot. That's a really nice feature to have. So you always know that your beverage is going to stay at whatever temperature you want it to be. So let's take a little closer look at it. It's just a nice, really well-made cup.
The handle is welded to it, so it just provides a nice sturdy grip for that. I can fit about all four fingers through that handle. That thing has maybe a little bit uncomfortable, but, but still holding it feels pretty nice. It's really lightweight, even though it is made out of stainless steel, so that's one nice thing.It's not going to weigh you down too much. The only weighs about 5.8 ounces.
So a little under half a pound.The lid helps to keep everything protected from any kind of spills. There is a sip opening, so you can sip this out. So it's not completely spill proof, but helps to keep things in check there. Also helps keep your beverages that much cooler or warmer since it's just a one other form of installation up at the top. It can be washed in a dishwasher.
It looks like it can fit on the top, or it can go on the top rack. According to the little labels on both pieces, the lid and the cup. The cup holds about 10 fluid ounces as far as the actual size.So with about four and a half inches, and then about three and three quarters.without the handle, our cup is just a hair over three inches, about three and a quarter inch wide. That's really about all there is to it for our look at the GSI Outdoors Glacier Insulated Camping Cup. I hope this video has been helpful in deciding if this is going to be the right piece for you.
