Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this GSI Outdoors Stainless Steel Glacier Nesting Red Wine Glass. Now you can enjoy your favorite red wine at the campsite or RV park with the stainless steel wine glass. Now, a red wine glass has a larger bowl area at the bottom to allow the aromas and the flavors of the bold red wine to emerge. This one is a nice stainless steel construction, resists rust and corrosion, has a nice stable non-slip face on it that grips even uneven surfaces.It also offers a nesting feature, which allow you to remove the stem if you just unscrew it like that, and then you can snap it into the bowl for storage, just like that.
It'll snap into place. Now you can store it just like that. It is designed to hold 15.2 fluid ounces. A few dimensions on this, when it's in the storage mode, we'll measure the height from the bottom to the very top. It's going to be 4 5/8" tall.
The diameter of the widest part has got to be right about 3 3/4".If we remove it and screw it back together, tighten it up, and then measure it this way the height bottom to the very top is going to be 7 1/4" tall. Of course, the middle will stay the same, 3 3/4". The top is right at 2 3/4". But that should do it for the review on this GSI Outdoors Stainless Steel Glacier Nesting Red Wine Glass..

Durable stainless steel is easy to clean.I am really enjoying this glass as an addition to my camping/picnicking/travel gear. I have tried to get on board with the whole stemless idea... cannot do it! I have also tried other types of unbreakable wine glasses. They all feel cheap, and do not stand the test of time for quality, looking etched and scratched after a trip or two. This is the second glass I've purchased, so I have one for a guest. The stem stored inside the bowl is ingenious. This glass is stable, even on what passes for level at a campsite. The base even fits in the cup holder on the side table of my favorite camp chair. I use it in the backyard, no broken glass to worry about with a rambunctious dog or child about. Picnics, camping, neighborhood potlucks, even everyday, thus was a nice addition to my lifestyle.

I’m going to send this back. When I was disappointed that it was made in China. But the main thing was that it was listed as a glass top on the lid. That was why I didn’t get one from the other company. I was really disappointed when I got it. But I’m going to return it.

Great size for group of 4-8 coffee drinkers. Well constructed and sturdy.
It is a great little coffee percolator. Since it is very difficult to find "coarse ground" coffee, you will want to poke a hole in a standard flat bottom coffee filter and put it in the basket unless you like fine grounds in your coffee.
