Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Yates three inch wide Ribbed Rubber Wobble Roller for a 3/4 inch diameter shaft. Now, this part here will replace one wobble or rocker roller on your roller bunk assembly of your boat trailer. Basically, this wobble roller will fit the curvature of the hull of your boat and carry approximately about 40% of the weight of the boat. When you do install this, this roller is held in place with retainer rings. Now, the retainer rings are not included, we do sell those separately on our website, they're listed on this product page as a related product.
What's nice about this, we mentioned it's a ribbed roller, this will provide additional traction, because of that ribbed design, so it works great on slick or slimy hulls. This is constructed of a heavy-duty rubber, it is made in the USA. Few specs again on this, fits a roller bunk assembly with a 3/4 inch diameter shaft. Now, if you measure the opening here, that diameter of the center hole measures slightly under 7/8 of an inch, but it is designed to fit a 3/4 inch shaft. The remaining dimension will be the width which we talked about, there's your three inch wide, and the diameter, which overall is gonna be 4 3/8 inches in diameter.

Fast service along with a quality product. Quick to change out old rollers. Glad I ordered extra washers for spacing, replacing old washers. Much better than the old hard dried out rollers where the sleeve were out of place = supper wobble rollers.

Because of health issues, I have not had occasion to install the roller. It appears to be of high quality and perfect for my application. I don't have anything with the exact dimensions you mentioned, but the Yates # YR530R-8P in heavy duty rubber or the # YR500YW-8P in TPR (thermo plasticized rubber) come very close. Both rollers measure in at 5 inches in diameter and 3 inches wide. Clips like part # CE10981 are crimped on the ends of the shaft to keep the roller in place. We don't carry a washer compatible with a 1 inch diameter shaft.
