Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a quick look at FloTool's non-conductive fuel filter funnel. Now this 2 1/2 gallons-per-minute flow funnel is ideal for recreational vehicles, lawn equipment, and generators. And this funnel has a built-in filter that cleans fuel and traps contaminants before they can enter your engine. It's gonna help eliminate dirt and water from stored fuel which can cause corrosive acids, electrolysis, rust, and more. It reduces contaminants that plug filters. Corroded components decrease efficient combustion and cause engine shutdown or system failure.
It's gonna protect your engine when used every time you transfer fuel to your tank. It collects deflected water and debris in the sump area so it can be disposed of properly, and this nonconductive plastic construction prevents static buildup. So this is for use with gasoline, diesel, heating oil, and kerosene. And again, the flow rate is 2 1/2 gallons per minute. And let me just pull out my ruler here to give you some overall measurements.
Looks like the overall height is 6 inches and the top diameter is gonna be sitting right at 3 1/2 inches, and the bottom diameter, we're gonna be sitting right at an inch, it looks like. Works well but the picture is deceiving. When they say 2.5 gal a minute and you see the picture you think it is much bigger then it is. The Funnel is just under 3.5" wide and just over 6" high. They do have that in the description but just be aware how small the funnel is. It should not be a problem since it does seem to flow well. Best thing it does filter out the debris and water.

I do not put gas in anything I own without this fuel filter. It is so easy to overlook small particles of dirt and debris on any gas can you own. This filter eliminates anything from getting into your machine's gas tank. Excellent product.

I think this works very well. It does not require cleaning and seems to do a good job of filtering out the stuff the filters at the pump do not catch. One thing for sure - etrailer has THE BEST price on this item anywhere!

This hand-held fuel filter is very useful and easy to use. Fuel flows through it very quickly from a gas can or a gas pump nozzle. It really does prevent water and contaminants from getting in your fuel tanks and damaging your equipment (mowers, generators, motorcycles, torpedo heaters etc.) or causing unexpected fuel delivery issues.

- Can a Two Stroke Mix be Ran Through the FloTool Non-Conductive Fuel Filter Funnel Part # FTF1NCI am assuming you have a two stroke engine and are wanting to pour a gasoline and oil mixture through the FloTool Non-Conductive Fuel Filter Funnel part # FTF1NC. If this is the case then yes, there will be no problems doing so. I was able to speak with my contact at FlowTool to confirm this.

I am still totally sold on this fuel filter and what it and how well it works.I told some friends of mine about it. They are go-kart racers and have had problems buying premium fuel and then not being able to race with it due to water in the fuel. This filter has an area below the filter screen that water will settle in to.
