Troubleshooting AirLIft Wireless Controller with Error Message

Question:

Went through the article and still having the same problem. Remote shows FAIL every time you wake it up. I also did the following 1 Manually filled the bags from the bumper fill points. 2 I followed the Join process and it seemed to work, showed DONE. 3 Tested the Compressor on a 12 V battery, worked. Im out of options at this point.

I spoke to AirLift about additional steps you can take. Since the Join process completed they suggested moving the ground wire on the compressor to its own isolated location. Make sure it isn't grounded to the foot of the compressor. What happens is the compressor works fine for a while but from vibration over time it'll quit due to a poor ground.

There are also two tests to run. First you want to unplug the manifold wire. Then ground the gray wire pin. Also, try jumping the gray wire to the black wire. The compressor should run both ways.
