What's up everybody. It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we gonna be checking out the square headed shovel from Rhino Rack. It's gonna be a great addition to your off-road supplies just in case you gets stuck while you're out there in the mud, you can dig yourself out or even the snow. And who knows whenever you need to shovel you'll have it with you. It fits nicely on your pioneer rack with the stow it attachment or you can easily throw it in your ride if you got the room, let's check it out.

Now we're not gonna get a vehicle stuck in the mud today but we have plenty of snow here to mess with, so I know the snow's not super heavy but I'm here to show you how the shovel works. It cuts right in there. This is really the harder snow here, trying to hit some ice or something, but it can chop up those clumps pretty good. It does have a stainless steel black powder coat head here, so that's gonna hold up. I like the whole handle too.

It's really durable feeling, like I can't bend it or anything or it doesn't seem like it's gonna cause any issues like wearing down on me and it also has grip here, so you the want the gloves, I got my one hand here, I got something to hold on to and then here has the rubberized grip that tapers off and that just adds that extra grip with the other hand even with gloves on, it's nice to have that because you never know what's gonna be like outside when you need to shovel. If you're digging yourself out of a muddy area it might be raining or something and just helps you grab all that shovel and really get in there and dig. The hole shovels is 55 and 1/2 inches long, which is good. I mean, plenty of handle to use and you don't have to hunch over when you're trying to dig the hole, when you're already trying to get yourself out of a mess, So that's gonna be helpful, but plenty of room for hand placement too, however you wanna grip it and use the shovel, you can. Another good thing is that it's got these stepping on points here to really hit that terrain, is a little tougher than you expected it to be.

You put one foot down on there and step, and it actually has to step for your feet So that's pretty cool feature too. That being said, though, I think that's about it. Thanks for hanging out. And I hope this helped..
