Hi everyone. It's Evangeline here at trailer. And today we'll be taking a look at the replacement end cap for your Yakima Holdup Bike Racks, right here at trailer. So you never know, but sometimes you may need to replace a lost, damaged or even stolen end cap. Like it has happened where people go along and just take the end cap off of bike racks. When that happens it's good thing that if you do have a Yakima Holdup Bike Rack, you have plenty of replacement parts.
One of them is the end cap for the bike rack. So we'll take a quick look at this end cap. So this is an exact replacement part. So if you have a damaged end cap or you lost one, this fits perfectly into the end of the trees of your current Yakima Holdup Bike Rack. So you have a little latch at the end.
So if you do have your old end cap, you may need to just pry it off with a little screwdriver because it fits snugly into the tree. So to replace your lost end cap, this just pops right in over the tree. And just like that, you're ready to go. So super quick and easy. After realizing that someone decided they needed my end caps more than I did...
I could not find any replacements locally. After a quick internet search I found these on etrailer.com.
I was a little hesitant because of the cheap price and the product image with the logo stuck on it.
Luckily, they arrived decal free, and they are a perfect fit.
I would highly recommend these end caps.

I ordered this part to complete my Yakima HoldUp 2 bike rack that I had purchased used . Recently purchased a used Yakima Holdup. The end cap was missing. Search the web for a replacement. Found etrailer.com, they had the end cap and couldn't believe the price, thought it was a typo. Ordered two caps, delivered to my home within a few days. Price is crazy cheap, great follow up service. Definitely will tell my friends about eTrailer.

Excellent fit, good material. The only problem was that this part cannot be shipped to Canada It it is not specified on any place in the web page. I submitted the order and two days later I was contacted by somebody from etrailer.

I do not see that Yakima still offers the cap for the swing arm so that will either need to found used or you will need to have one custom made.
