I normally wouldn't bother reviewing something so small, but my experience with e-trailer warranted being reviewed. They were absolutely excellent on communication and to work with. I received a personal phone call after ordering to let me know that there wasn't one in stock and that it would be delayed slightly. A+ on Customer Service!!
Just what I needed to replace my lost cap. Yakima Hold Up is still the best rack on the market and being able to get spare parts only makes it better.
