Today we're going to be taking a look at the replacement 110 volt AC fan motor. This replaces a 110 volt fan motor for vent line bathroom insert fans for motor-homes and enclosed trailers with 50 CFM capacity. Those fan models are V2262-50 and V2244-50. Now, CFM stands for cubic feet per minute, and that's a way to measure air flow. I do want to point out that this is a very nice, durable construction, very clean design, and then right here we're going to have the motor, and then we're going to have a two-wire design. That's going to run to a nice, convenient plug.
This is a quick-connect wire connector. It makes installation and connecting the wires quick and easy, and with this part number you're going to get one replacement 110 volt motor. That's going to do it for today's look at the replacement 110 volt AC fan motor.

Perfect replacement for bathroom vent in 1997 manufactured home. Much quieter. Hardest part was getting fan blade off old motor. Overnight soak with WD-40 did the trick.

Still working, still quiet. etrailer a good source for harder to find parts.
Unfortunately I got the wrong motor. Though i was trying to replace a fan motor in my 1970s condo i couldent give them an actual Automotive application.we tried to mach it up to a 50 cfm rv bathroom exhaust fan and it wouldnt fit.but the effort customer service put into trying to mach it up was nothing short of etrailer's outstanding customer service and gr8 prices i dident bother to send it back. Btw i could not find that anywhere even the local hardware store recommended etrailer when i needed a hitch and harness for my 07 tacoma etrailer was spot on. My point being giving the right circumstances you think come out on top and worst case scenario they still try their best and that's all I can ask 4 thank you etrailer
I highly recommend etrailer.com. I received the exhaust fan very quickly and it fit perfectly and works great. I will be back to order another one soon for my second bathroom.

Its been a whole year and the fan motor is working like a charm, no issues at all. Im very happy with the product and would definitely recommend this product.
Was just the motor I needed. It was installed easily. Runs quiet too.
My credit card was in its last month before expiry and was giving me grief when trying to purchase. I called the 1-800 # and spoke with Kaylyn who was fantastic. She made the order go through and in exactly the number of days predicted, out replacement fan arrived in my mailbox. We installed it the next day and it's working beautifully. Not only did etrailer have the best price, but the quality was good and they saved us the expense of having to get a whole new unit. Much appreciated!
Great replacement fan motor. Fits great and quiet compared to my old, noisy one.
The motor seems fine. However, in case anyone else was planning to purchase it based on the Expert Question saying it would be a good replacement for the Uppco model 50 motor for a rain lamp, it is not a perfect replacement. The Uppco motor is "impedence protected" and has a plastic cover over the bobbin -- I believe this is to protect it from the oil. The bobbin is covered in cardboard in this motor, so it might cause problems in a lamp. Also, the long metal pin on the Uppco is narrower than the pin on this motor, so it may not fit into the lamp.
Again, the motor seems fine for its intended use, but it's not a good replacement for the Uppco rain lamp motor.
I received the motor on the exact day that is was estimated to get to me. I was the exact motor I needed, as stated on your site. I reviewed all the information concerning the fan needed the repair. Your site is the best covering everything needed from the correct part and concise instruction to make the repair. I think it took me approximately 2 hours to disassemble, install, test, and reassemble. The new motor took care of the noise and sluggish performance of the Ventline fan. The fan now runs great, plus we no longer have to worry about a fire that the previous motor could have caused. We have a 1998 mobile home that had 2 fans not working. A contractor couldn’t find replacement units in the 7” round rough opening and was going to charge hundreds to replace them with ones from big box store. Found these motors were the exact ones we needed. My husband was able to install these fairly easily and they are working great! Saved us quite a chunk of change, thank you etrailer, for carrying these type of replacement products!
Exact replacement for the bathroom fan motor in my 20 year old manufactured home. Much easier than tearing out the ducting to replace the whole fan unit. So glad etrailer carries these. I got the fan blade at the same time.

Very heavy duty.Saged me big time not having to completely redo for a new different than original exhaust fan. Easy install. Training gained from disassembling exhaust fan. A real plus buying new fan blade at same location. No way getting old fan blade off. Very pleased with etrailer and exhaust motor.
