Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at these eight inch long Steel Leg Extensions for the Ultra Fab fifth Wheel Kingpin Tripod Stabilizer. And it is for a quantity of three extensions. Now, these leg extensions will let you add about six inches of height to your Fifth Wheel Kingpin Tripod Stabilizer. Now, those stabilizers we do sell separate on our website.
They go by part number UF19-950001, and the UF19-950500. Again, those we do sell separately on our website. I wanted to pop up an insert to show you what we're talking about. That's a picture of the tripod stabilizer. Now, these parts here, it'll include three extension pieces with the hardware to install them.
Each extension will bolt onto one of the tripod legs, and it adds about an extra six inches of height to each leg. These items are a sturdy steel construction. Now, the overall length, if we measure it, overall length is about 12 inches. But this part is what'll insert into the leg, so it's actually gonna give you eight inches, as we mentioned, is the usable length. And then when you do install this, it will be at an angle on the leg.
So basically, just to pop up another insert. If you notice, you can see how, when you add that eight inch extension at an angle, it'll gain you just about six inches of overall height. Each steel leg extension measures 8" long.Product came a day early and worked just as advertised. I needed to lengthen my 5th wheel RV hitch pin stabilizer. The extensions were extremely easy to mount to the stabilizer legs and the 8 inch extension were enough to put the stabilizer in a position to support my5th wheel.The people at eTrailer have always been very helpful in the past and found the same to be true today.
A must have accessory to the Ultra-fab 5th wheel King Pin tripod. Unless you always park in a perfectly flat and level space, you will probably need these. I occasionally park my trailer in my driveway during loading and unloading. My driveway has a very slight downhill slope. In order to get the trailer level I have to raise the front well above the normal reach of the tripod. I use them whenever I can, because it allows the legs of the tripod to spread farther apart. I believe this provides better stability. It is better to have these on hand than to wish you had them when you need them. They are quick and easy to install and remove, and can be stored in the original box so carry them with you all the time.
I was looking for a stabilizer to use with my trailer that uses the Andersen 5th wheel hitch. I purchased the Gooseneck Tripod Stabilizer UF19-950450. But it's max height was like 51". These extensions didn't say they were compatible with UF19-950450, but I figured it's gotta be the same as Ultra Fab's other tripods right? Sure enough, they work great and now I can adjust from 38-59".
The online ordering process was seamless and delivery was impressive received the product in 2 days from order. Have not had a chance to use the product yet but are ready the next time we are assign that requires the front of the trailer to be high

Works well this is a must add on I seem to use the extensions more than without
I ordered these extensions since the stabilizer I received a week earlier was too short for my fifth wheel. I would recommend purchasing these extensions at the same time as the stabilizer as I believe they will be needed more often than not. This would be 5 stars, however; the packaging was inadequate and had it not been for the post office resealing the box, I'm sure the bolts would be missing. Ironically, the stabilizer was packaged the same way and arrived basically wrapped in tape. The extensions work as described and are easy to install.
Good solid product that was required to match the tripod up to the height of my trailer pin when the trailer was leveled on the campsite pad.
Package was damaged, both exterior and interior box. The retaining pin for one of the feet was missing and the the exterior box had been taped up where the damage was. Will be after the third foot is attached that I will know if it stabilizes the trailer.

Purchased these leg extensions to raise the tripod support because of the height of my 5th wheel toy hauler. The did the job.
Great product for Titan XD pulling a 5th wheel with an Anderson ultimate hitch. Perfect match with the kingpin tripod stabilizer. Easy to use and is a must for a 5th wheel RV. Recommend you purchase the leg extensions.
The Instruction Sheet was torn into and wadded up inside the sealed box. How does that happen? It should be protected. I was able to tape it together and make a decent copy for my records. Your Gorilla in packaging is all thumbs! The online instructions are not available?
The leg extensions I purchased are great. They are very sturdy, high quality, and do exactly what they should do. Customer service at etrailer was excellent. Work well with the anderson hitch on my toy hauler. Only item that could be changed is a taller ball, the collar hits the hitch before bottoming out.
i would highly recommend including these extensions with your tripod order. They can always be sent back if not needed.
These leg extensions worked great on my tripod! These are very strong and enable me to adjust the tripod to so many different heights.
These extensions were exactly what I needed for the support for my fifth wheel.
Well packaged. Original manufacturer packaging inside an etrailer.com box with plenty of packing paper. All good.
A neighbor gave me an older tripod that was a little too short for my trailer and these extensions worked perfectly.
Came on time. Box was destroyed but no missing pieces. Installed it stopped a lot of movement in master bedroom of my 42’ fifth wheel. Agree get the extensions.
Works great. Just the right amount of extension needed for a taller rig.
