I had an old 2010 Truxedo Lopro tonneau cover which the hook and loop was wearing out. I ordered a new one from etrailer and it was delivered in just a few days. Laying them side by side, I stripped the hardware off of the old one, transferring them to the new one. I also replaced the rubber strip and the hook and loop along the rails. With a few easy adjustments, it went right on and looks fantastic. I had checked with the manufacturer for a price, but by going through etrailer, they saved me over $20.

Very poor customer service.I ordered cover for a Chev got a cover for a Dodge. I Phoned and emailed customer service notified them of the issue -they did not offer any solution. Suggested I see if I could sell the cover they sent. Poor product as it does not fit my vehicle.They have my phone number and address and know my truck is a 2009 Chev Silverado Cab and a half -short box. They could send me the proper cover if they cared about their customer. I would send the Dodge one back if they paid the postage. Otherwise I guess I have an expensive seat cover for an old snowmobile.
Product fit like a glove and was easy to install. However I did mention I needed new straps to secure the cover when it was rolled up and those were not included. Had they been available, I would have ordered them as well when the order placed. I am extremely happy with the fit and look of the new replacement cover, but will be more stringent in my search for all related hardware when ordering again.

This was an exact replica of the worn tarp I had on my truck. Fit nicely.
An improvement to the construction of this tarp might be to have 4 straps on the tailgate side to help in evenly rolling the tarp up. I cut the two straps from my old worn tarp and added them to my new one - Only had to slide the two old retainer clips toward the middle of header rail and add the loop part of Velcro in two places to the first pole back. .
Replacement Cover for TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft Roll-up Tonneau for 2007 Ram QuadCab. High marks all around. Shipped quickly, easy to install, and tonneau looks new once again. I highly recommend etrailer.com.

Still in the condition as installed. Entirely satisfied.
This was a replacement cover for my old and worn out 8 year old Truxedo cover. The original cover would no longer stay in place since the Velcro had detached from the cover itself. All of the reviews that I read were all positive regarding the cover and the installation. As everyone else has said was very simple and it was with easy to follow instructions. I did however take my time moving the hardware from one cover to the other (2 beer time frame) and I went ahead and replaced the Velcro strips on the rails as well. Since my old cover did not have any identifying markings, Caleb in sales was able to determine the cover needed using pics of my existing cover and rails. The new cover fits great and looks fantastic. Although, it is extremely tight at this point but I will give it a few days to stretch out and then make any adjustments that may be needed.
Replaced cover of my original unit, this replacement cover is OEM, perfect fit, no hassle installation.
