We have had our bike rack for a number of years and have always loved it. Never had any problem and I love the way and ease but I wish I can open my tailgate door and close it without having to deal with the bike rack at all very easy. We in all these years have not had a flat tire so we did not have to deal with taking off our bike rack. However we got a flat tire and we had to take off the bike rack. Neither my husband nor I knew where the key was. There is no way you're going to get that bike rack off without the key. I decided to call Thoule to see about getting another key. It had been a number of years and it was a Sunday afternoon. Jennifer answered my phone call and took me right through the process and within one week I had my key. I don't know I think that's pretty amazing given all these years she had records she knew what I needed And I got it right away. Love it thank you. And thank you Jennifer you're terrific. 288623

This is a low tech item (a key), but since I don't think Thule makes the same model bike rack anymore I was apprehensive that I would be unable to find a replacement key for the hitch mount. I was pleased that this key fits perfectly and now I can remove/remount the bike rack as necessary. BTW, I got my Thule bike rack from eTrailer and was very pleased.1582223

I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.1742087

I had a SEARS SPORT 20-SV (roof top cargo carrier )with lock numbers 2818 right above where you insert the key. I just added the letter (N) before the. So I ordered N2818 and it worked perfectly!! Two day shipping was right on time.1722646
