Replace a missing Thule key with this equivalent part.It DOES fit a Sears SV-20 carrier marked A104, so I'm pleased. Key is a bit sharp and it's a bit stiff going in, but as I use it I'm sure the edges will wear down.
There is nothing much to say here. We ordered replacement keys for our Thule hitch rack and etrailer.com delivered what we needed. Pretty simple actually. Sometimes, simple is all you need.

Very helpful on the phone We weren't sure if the keys were going to fit because of the brand but they had the same number. They showed up and worked perfectly I couldn't be happier. I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.
They did a great job communicating and letting us know when it shipped, and making it easy for us to track during shipping.
I had a SEARS SPORT 20-SV (roof top cargo carrier )with lock numbers 2818 right above where you insert the key. I just added the letter (N) before the. So I ordered N2818 and it worked perfectly!! Two day shipping was right on time.
The key worked thats for the excellent service will tell my family and friends.

Poor customer service requested a key replace a few weeks ago never received it shipped out another never provided a tracking number for the 2nd one. Customer answered the phone didn’t bother to provide it either but you taken my money with no problem but yet no key. Terrible service and people skills I hope in the fitugff
The key really isn’t the problem the lock is jammed ip and I called the factory and said they won’t sell me a new lock I have to buy a whole new cargo box that’s why I’m leaving a bad review
Thank you for trying to supply a replacement key for my roof rack. Sorry to say that neither key that was sent worked in the SportRack.
I spoke to Thule. They indicated there are NO replacement keys for my particular roof racks. Not these. And NOT the other ones the next Customer Service Rep said would work.
I was pleased that I was able to find the key that I needed. (I couldn’t find it on the Thule or Sportrack web sites.). Shipping was fast and the key was a perfect fit.
I appreciate etrailer keeping these in stock when they were difficult to find from Thule. Good, prompt response.
