I bought a Sears SV 20 cargo carrier at a garage sale for a reduced price because It had no key. I thought I would have to drill out the lock and replace it with a padlock. Etrailer to the rescue. I ordered a new key and a spare. They work great! Very satisfied!129449

Works perfectly!! In researching where to get a key for my Buick Encore roof rack I found many others in my situation of not having been given keys for the roof rack when they bought their car. This is a low tech item (a key), but since I don't think Thule makes the same model bike rack anymore I was apprehensive that I would be unable to find a replacement key for the hitch mount. I was pleased that this key fits perfectly and now I can remove/remount the bike rack as necessary. BTW, I got my Thule bike rack from eTrailer and was very pleased.1582223

I bought this hoping it would fit a Y002 branded lock cylinder on a Harbor Freight universal roof crossbar. It did not. No fault of the seller, I knew it was a gamble. There is obviously more than one brand of lock cylinder with the Y002 designation.1742087

Poor customer service requested a key replace a few weeks ago never received it shipped out another never provided a tracking number for the 2nd one.
