Works great. I park my trailer in public areas on occasion. It hasn't gotten ripped off yet!
Seems sturdy. Unfortunately Fastway is one of those companies that thinks it is necessary to collect marketing information for you to complete warranty registration. Minus 1 star for that.
Ball not as big as it should be and had to shim it. Tricky to get it tight enough to stay on my trailer hitch. Very heavy duty and seems to do the job.
High quality product. Lock bolt is stro ng.
I was able to break this off my hitch with a hammer because the key hole kept freezing up. Your product almost made me late to an event. So I ordered a replacement to see how this one works out. This order too way longer than expected to be delivered. I doubt I will be ordering again.

I have a 2" collar style coupler. It fits, but not as rock solid as I had hoped. I found that reversing the lock (with the keyway facing the tongue) worked best, but that makes it a bit fiddly to get the key in the lock.

Works great, no problems with functionality. However I use this on a trailer on the Gulf coast, and the finish is already shot with rust. Would not recommend this finish in this environment.

the product is of excellent quality and beefier than other products.been my first order from you my only issue was following the tracking . It was stuck in Michigan for a week on line and I was notified by my gf that the package was delivered after I had just looked and it was still in Michigan according to the order number. This is exactly what we needed... Our "OTHER" hitch lock was overpowered in a matter of a minute, we stepped up our game with the combination of this Power house of a securement system AND a 'DENVER BOOT'

Got this coupler lock to fit securely on my trailer. For the most part, this lock appears robust. This with a good cable lock through the wheel should be an effective theft deterrence.
Looks very sturdy. Fit my trailer coupler, which is 4 inches wide, where other locks would not fit.
I found what I needed quickly. I paid for three day shipping and it got here early! It turned out to be perfect. The boat we were selling sold to the first person interested, which would have been after the lock arrived. Very pleased.

That is one rough way to break the lock off. If the lock is freezing up on you we recommend using a silicone-based lubricant spray like part # RM-747 to help loosen things up. Stay away from using WD-40 and it will muck up the lock internally. If the spray does not work be itself then what you can do is use the spray, then the key and lightly tap the back of the key to make sure it is fully seated in the lock before turning.
