Availability Of a Roller For Roof Rack With a 34" Long Length
I have a couple options for you as Thule says you are not able to modify their Roof Rack Roller # TH99PF to make it fit a shorter length. They do offer their 25-9/16" Roller # TH39PF which is quite a bit smaller or you can possibly use the Rhino-Rack # RR1500. This has a vinyl tube which rolls on an aluminum shaft and would be able to be cut down. As the tube is vinyl there is a chance of the tube cracking but you should be okay if you use a fine tooth saw blade designed for vinyl to cut...

Will the Thule Roof Rack Roller Work W/ The Thule TracRac?
Since the Thule Roof Rack Roller # TH39PF just mounts into the t-slots on the Thule ProBar you'll have no issues fitting it to your Thule TracRac since they have the same t-slot dimensions.
