I was so grateful to find replacement straps for my Thule rooftop cargo bag on etrailer.com. Product was just as ordered and expected. Product was on back-order from supplier but Etrailer kept me informed of process and provided excellent customer service. Everything won't run perfect every time but these guys did a great job letting me know of the delay and keeping me informed. I will use ETrailer again.
The end of the straps begin to unravel within the first hour of my 3800 mile road trip. I used a lighter to melt the edge of the straps to stop the unraveling so they can last the rest of the trip.
