I purchased the Thule Apex 4 bike rack used, but a few parts were missing. I readily found all the parts I needed, listed on etrailer's website. The ordering process was very easy and the parts arrived at my door in Florida within a few days. I recommend etrailer to anyone looking for competitively priced high quality products backed up by excellent customer service.
The one item I couldn't find and would love to obtain, is the Thule name lettering that is applied to the product and which has been partially scuffed off.
Works great...It was nice to find a suitable replacement as I lost the original. The Straps are solid and do the job nicely.
It is just the strap that is used to keep the wheels stable while traveling. But it is the correct strap that does what it is supposed to do. Arrived promptly.
