Somehow one of the end caps fell off my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport roof rack. I had a hard time finding a replacement until I learned these racks were made for Mitsubishi by Thule. I was happy to find your store had them and the price was good with fast delivery.
I needed new end caps for my Thule roof racks and found them on etrailer.com. Ordering was easy. I was notified via email of the progress of my order and my new end caps arrived as promised - quickly. They are a perfect fit and the price is low. That's a good thing because these end caps seem to break after time and fly off while driving.

Etrailer was the only place to find this part. Bought roof racks off of ebay that were supposedly new, but didnt fit. The seller neglected to mention that he actually bought them from a store that was selling them as an “open box” (seller accidentally left the original invoice in the box) and the end caps were missing. Thule stopped stocking them but lickily there’s etrailer. The end caps were relatively cheap and fit without issue.
Etrailer was the only place I could find these roof rack end caps. Fit perfect on my Thule rack, makes it look brand new. Extremely happy to have found these items and this retailer. Thanks etrailer!!!
Got a luggage rack that was to have locking end caps, but the first time I used it two of the four end caps broke and fell off. I needed replacements and the actual manufacturer information was unavailable for me to order replacement parts. These caps looked like the ones I needed, as they were shaped right! YES! They fit great! If I loose more I know where to get them! Great price and fast shipping!

Was just a perfect replacement for a Volvo Cross bar end. Fit perfect and was fairly priced with shipping.

The end caps are still in place. Like another reviewer, I bought a spare however I havent need to use it yet. Thank you for the great customer service and follow up! We need more of that in this world these days :-
