Only had tailgate on for a few months, not sure what happened but broke insert easy to replace just hope this isn't going to be an issue for me.
Web site was easy to navigate, product pictures made it easy to ID and verify the product I wanted.
Ordered shipped same day and USPS tracking was spot on from start to delivery day.
I have a fifth wheel tail gate, two years old and still looks and functions great. I misplaced one of the ordered parts and was the reason for replacement order.
I mistakenly stored my 5th wheel tailgate for the winter and lost the inserts for installation. With a long road trip coming up within days, I ordered the new inserts with a rush delivery. The parts arrived within 3 days and the road trip has started. Awesome service! Parts fit like a glove.

Have taken it off and on for hauling and moving, it is nice to be able to do myself. Do not drive as much as other vehicle.
