I really appreciate this company. My product was damaged as my card dealership sent it through car wash when all I asked for was an oil change but that is another story. Anyway, I sent an e-mail with a picture of the damage and etrailer sent me the replacement straps right away. I was sidelined from taking my bike out to the trails. Now I am back on the road!
Good quality. Nice replacement straps with coated flat hooks. I got these as spare straps incase I ever need to replace the ones I am currently using. You could use these on any bike rack that requires 1" width straps.
Hard to find bike straps for a bike rack. Pretty universal. Best price I could find for two. Fast shipping.
