After a year the replacement feet are still in good order.

I ordered a set of rubber tips for my folding RV step platform. I needed ones that measure 1.25 inches square inside. The first package I received were 1.25 inches outside. Upon informing eTrailer personnel they gave me an immediate refund. Then they searched for and found the tips of correct size. I reordered and have received the tips of correct dimensions. I appreciate that their personnel, including technicians as well continued to work until the original problem was solved. Thanks.917988

Exactly what we were looking for. The protective cups on the legs of our step stool had worn out with ten years of use. I had no idea I would be able to find replacements, but there they were. Perfect fit and a great price too. 850517

The pads of the replacement caps for feet of the stool are still intact but all four of the protective caps have split from top to bottom so will stay on the legs. I am disappointed sice the originals lasted for 10 years and the pads actually wore out and aore through.

I bought these for a step stool with folding legs. They were supposed to be replacements for them but are big, they fall off so will have to put some foam glue on so they won’t come off. I just hope they don’t break because, once glued on, I can’t replace them.1050208

Thank you for your review. The replacement leg tips are designed for the Safety Step SASA-10C-G and SASXLA-09C-G. The tips measure 1-14 by 1-14 inside dimension.

The feet worked perfectly after following the very helpful advice from etrailer support team. I've been looking for these replacement feet for months and couldn't find the right size. Thank you to etrailer support!1272470
