Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement auger bearing for Saltdogg Tailgate salt spreader.Now, this is going to be an important component to make sure that your salt spreader's working properly. We're going to have a two hole mount design and this is basically going to be the swivel point for your salt spreader. We'll also have two set screws at either side to attach this in place.It's going to be made of a durable construction, but that bearing is going to have a nice smooth action to rotate when we need it to. There's also agrease zerk, so we can service that, keep everything nice and lubricated, so that has that nice smooth rotation.Our mounting holes are going to be three and five eighths inches apart, center to center. Overall, our bearing is going to be about four and a half inches wide, you can see that there, by, going the other direction, by about three inches in the other direction, without the flanges there.
