Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we take a look at this Redarc 32-foot long MC4 connectors to bare wire output cable. Now this MC4 connector cable will let you connect your solar panel to your solar regulator. This will also work with the Redarc Manager 30 System and the dual input DC-DC battery chargers. Those items we do sell separately on our website.
Now this will provide an option to use with your existing cable and your portable solar panel kit, allowing you to increase the distance from the panel to the vehicle by 32 feet. This will keep your solar panel in the sun and your vehicle in the shade. The cable they use is a UV-stabilized twin-shielded solar cable. And as we've mentioned, on this end you have your positive and negative MC4 solar connectors. Specs on this again, the length is 32 feet.
The wire size they use in this cable is an 11 gauge wire size. It is a 30 amp current rating and a 50 volt DC max voltage rating. But that should do it for the review on the Redarc 32-foot long MC4 connectors to bare wire output cable..

Includes male and female connectors.The gaugue of the wore itself is less than what I assumed from the photos, but that is beceause the insulation is pretty thick. However, this is a good wire and worked perfect for installing a single solar panel with a charge controller on a Forest River EVO.
etrailer and this cable were recommended by my teardrop trailer manufacturer. Attaching the manufacturer supplied male plug was easy. The extra length of this cable is helpful in getting my solar panel in just the right place.
