Now this is going to replace the E-Jack motor boot, and as you can see, this is going to be just like the one that you are needing to replace. It does include this metal clamp, along with a set of instructions, and this boot is the direct replacement from Lippert. So what that means for you is you can trust that this is going to fit right in place of the original, whether that got damaged somehow, or whether somehow it got misplaced.
