I will have our customer service team reach out you. I reached out to the manufacturer and it could be that the lock is worn out. You should consider replacement the lock or the lock cylinder.
Keys worked as advertised. etrailer has always provided exactly what I needed at a fair price with prompt delivery.

Already ordered one and needed another, key works great as a back up have no issues with it. Same as the original key. I have ordered other items from etrailer and never had an issue.
