I had this AC unit installed and then never got to use it, I found out I had cancer right after install and did nit use it until now. And guess what the AC unit does not cool. the compressor comes on for a short time and the shuts off. I ran it for 2 hours and it did not get any cooler, outside temp is only 80 degrees
Unit covered the area where my dometic unit air distribution box was. Very clean look and the dump or local vents distribute the air nicely and cooled the living room area quickly.
Will say the instructions was a little iffy and u must pay close attention to ensure opening are sealed and insulated.
Works as advertised... my old unit would trip a 20 amp breaker...with this one, it won't even get warm.
UPS was a little rough on transport, and the cover tabs were broke, but etrailer sent me a replacement.
Very happy with the unit, and etrailer for great customer service.
Would not buy this unit again. Have a fully spray foam insulated living quarters and this unit still won't keep it cool

It sounds like you need a bigger unit to keep your camper cool. I see that you bought the Furrion Chill Replacement RV Air Conditioner Unit for Furrion Setup with this distribution box. I recommend going with item # FR65PV which is a complete system that comes with a thermostat, dual motors, and an air distribution box. The power draw while running is slightly more at 15.8 amps but this is because the capacity is 15,000 Btu per hour. The thermostat temperature range is from 60 F to 86 F and the refrigerant is R410A.

Product worked as it should. I had to replace my Coleman ac and found a Furrion unit but had no distribution box.
Great unit, Good job cooling the trailer and significantly quieter than the Dometic unit that came with the trailer.

The top cover was damaged in shipping got it put in and works great puts out cold air and runs quite.
