Today we'll be having a look at the Bump Me Trailer Coupler Vehicle Cushion by Dutton-Lainson. Part number DL13352. With it installed, we now have our coupler protected. If we we're to walk into our trailer, when we're trying to hook it up, we wouldn't have to worry about knocking our shins against this. It won't hurt quite as much because we have this padded material here to help protect not only our shins and our legs when we're walking around our trailer, but it will protect your vehicle bumper as well. If we we're to back our car up into our trailer, or pull our trailer forward, and if we missed and ran into our bumper. We don't have to worry about scratching our bumper. Even though the trailer made contact with our bumper here, there is no damage to it. Didn't scratch it, didn't crack the plastic, or anything. Now, this cushion is molded with a UV inhibitor.
It will resist deterioration in the sunlight. It will fit most class 1 to class 4 couplers, and it stays flexible in all kinds of weather. It's a simple slip on installation, so we'll go ahead and show you how to install it. You just spread it open and slide it over your coupler flange like that. Push it back until it's all the way on. Just like that. The coupler cushion is a cheap investment to protect your expensive investment of your vehicle.

Wheres this thing been my whole life? Still recovering from catching my finger between garage door entry and hitch coupler. This would have decreased the injury greatly. Get one!

Works so good and looks good it was stollen the first time I took my toyhauler out to Ventura beach Rv. Guess I should of removed it. Who new the rv Park has thieves that would take something like this. Definitely will get another.
