Replacement Jack Foot Pad for Lippert 3,500-lb Power Tongue Jacks

We ordered a replacement jack foot for the electric jack on our camper trailer as the original was lost when we removed it to get more ground clearance on the jack foot while traveling. When we ordered, the photo online showed the jack foot with the pin and cotter key needed. etrailer shipped the correct foot but did not include the pin and cotter key so we could not use the jack foot until we got the pin and cotter key. We called etrailer and spoke to Maiyain customer service. She was very helpful and called the manufacturer and they said they would ship the pin and cotter key dirrectly to us at no charge and it should be here in about 3 days. Actually it took until the seventh day to get here, but that was not the fault of customer service.
We would have given the company a rating of excellent had the pin and cotter key been included in the first place (and Miaya in customer service deserves an excellent rating), but becasue it was necesssary to call customer service to get what should have been shipped with the foot to start, and because we had to wait another 7 days to get the pin and cotter key, we feel overall, etrailer does not deserve an excellent rating on this transaction.530213

Thank you for for having an alternative site to buy replacement parts. The trailer manufactureres charge a ridiculously high amount!
The instructions on etrailer about how to measure to get the correct size are very detailed, and the pad we ordered fits perfectly.699084

Received in a timely manner. The jack foot fit perfectly. The pin for said foot is too short, doesn't go all way through so no way to lock in is why 3 stars. Now I have to find a correct size and run the jack up and start over. Much nicer to have all the correct parts so you only have to do job once.614868
