I do have a solution for you, but unfortunately the Demco brackets # DM8552028 are not a confirmed fit for your 2018 Ford F-150. For a custom fit installation kit you will want to go with the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit # RP50087-58 which comes with brackets that mount to existing holes in the frame of your F-150. Recommended Demco Custom Brackets and Base Rails for Hijacker FWH 24PA 5th Wheel Hitch
You are correct. The Demco Custom Bracket Kit # DM8552028 is a fit for your 2018 Ford F150 with 6-1/2 foot bed. This will give you the correct brackets. The only issue is that you will also need new hardware for your rails and that is not sold individually. So you will either need to get the # DM6014 rails to get all the hardware for your installation as the # DM6071 and the kit # DM8552028-71 are a fit for industry standard rails and your Demco Hijacker FWH 24PA hitch is not and industry...

Recommendation for a Fifth Wheel Hitch on a 2015 Ford F-150
Demco does offer an above the bed Auto Slide Hijacker # DM8550034, used with the Demco Rails # DM6071, and the custom fit brackets for your Ford F-150 from Demco # DM8552028. For the Demco above the bed rails, if you have an aluminum bed, you will need a vinyl strip which is included with the brackets because the manufacturer requires it.
