The screen was a perfect fit for my water heater and was very easy to install. I am amazed at how many RVs I see that do not have screens installed on the water heater and furnace exhaust ports. I live in Texas and its a guarantee that dirt dobbers will invade these areas and cause problems with these appliances!!!1698189

Bought this for our 2019 Forest River Cedar Creek. It has a 12 gallon hot water heater.
Had to go by the measurements. There was no listing for a 12 gallon hot water heater.
The stock screen kept popping out during the installation. So I secured it with a self taping sheet metal screw one on each side. Now its solid and the screen fit perfect.

Well made, it fit as advertised and went on easily. It came with 2 mounting springs. That is inadequate for the size of the screen. I bought and extra 2 springs for a stronger mount. 723337

I am pleased with the CAM42150 water heater screen. The smooth trim at the edge protects the water heater door finish and the spring prevents movement and keeps the screen in place. The installation went well, even though I was hesitant to drill a 1/16" diameter hole in a louver to secure the spring. I would do this again.149388

The screens (CAM42141) cover the furnace openings very well, are attractive, and stay put during travel. I was apprehensive that the wire screen would be rough around the edges but there is a very smooth crimped trim edge to prevent scratching exterior surfaces. An installation tool comes with the screens to make spring installation easy. The crossbar on the spring is at the end of the coil, prior to the hook. Once I found that, installation went smoothly.149385

Installation of CAM42145 over the larger water heater vent opening was very easy. As with all the screen product that utilize springs to attach, the tool was included to hook the springs to the door. Initially, I was worried about "the look", having screens over all the openings. My wife was impressed with the appearance. When "mama's happy, everybody's happy!" :)149389
