Now, this is designed as a direct replacement for Buyer's Products booster cables, but can be used for other applications as well. For example, quick connects are great for connecting a trailer wench or off-road wench to a vehicle battery.So, basically, you would have one connector that installs on a set of cables on the vehicle side, and then you have another connector that installs on the set of cables from the booster cable side or from your accessory side. Then, when you're ready to connect, all you got to do is take these, line everything up, and then they plug together.Can be used with four gage wiring. The kit includes two quick connects, the appropriate terminals, and a dust cap for the vehicle side connector or for the connector that's going to be left out, exposed to the elements. This covers up the connection points, keeps dirt, and grime, and moisture away from the actual terminals.
