Hi everybody. My name is Andy with etrailer.com. And today, we're taking a look at this 2 5/16 inch diameter Rapid Hitch greaseless AlumiBall. Now, if you are in need of a 2 5/16 inch ball for your Rapid Hitch, this single greaseless AlumiBall offers 12,500 pounds towing capacity and a smooth towing experience. This is a convenient replacement for the Rapid Hitch interchangeable ball combo. And this greaseless AlumiBall offers a lightweight, rust-resistant, solid aluminum alloy hitch ball that is topped with this nylon cap.

Now, this cap enables the trailer coupler to rotate easily around the ball. This is gonna prevent the coupler from getting stuck during turns and making the towing experience smoother. The AlumiBall does not require the use of lubricants, helping you to avoid greasy messes. And this nylon cap is replaceable. This single ball secures to the ball housing with an internal pin, and that internal pin is sold separately.
